在演講最後，提到了equity這個字，可能因為目前多數看到"equity"的時候，都是「股票、資產淨值」

今天才知道，原來equity這個字也有平等的意思"fairness"

"the situation in which everyone is treated fairly and equally"

-> a society based on equity and social justice

但是，我又不禁思考，那equity和equality又有什麼不同呢？還是意思雷同，只是搭配詞有差異而已呢？

According to Cambridge dictionary, equality means "the right of different groups of people to have a similar social position and receive the same treatment"

->equality between the sexes/ gender equality, racial equality

-> Civil rights include freedom, equality in law and in enployment, and the right to vote.

->combat poverty, increase social equality
